post-burdey blurbs…

thank you, all of you who celebrated my birthday with me in thought and/or in deed… and yes, i have to wake myself up, tell myself i’m 23 already. 10 years ago i was this naive high school freshie — clearly remember my visitors to my little party. (so lemme talk ’bout my party 10 years ago instead, okay? lol.) 23’s cool, it’s MJ’s numba! ain’t it, mommy googoodolls? ;)

celebrated D-day with my half ate and her mom… had much fun with them. and yes, i surprised them again with my easily-stuffable gut… (mijareses i encounter couldn’t believe i am their clan member. lugi daw sa eat-all-u-can. but really, i’m now doing my best to match people’s appetite — and chewing/swallowing velocity… lol.)

for now, it’s back to academic chuvas and yes, i’ll be a lot busier… for october is on its way! (nuninuninuniiii… wake me up, when september ends) graduating na jud ko bai… i have waited for soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long to be in this sichuweyshennn. and now i can’t believe i am 7 weeks close to smelling sweet success. *sigh*

though agghh.. some more gut-tightening, some more praying to all of the global deieties. lol. my current subjects aren’t making me sleep well recently. and like one of the books i read once in a while’s titled, my mantra for the past few days has been… MAMA SAID THERE’D BE DAYS LIKE THIS (But She Never Said Just How Many)*.

*by Charlene Ann Baumbich… cute and amusing book <<ay muhm, gikawat ko diay ning libroha’s imong bookshelf atong nilaag ko’s imong cudi haus… sowee forgot to inform u. hihi!>>
